Change of heart? Don’t fret! C. Wonder is happy to refund merchandise that is unused and accompanied by a receipt within 45 days from the purchase date.

Restrictions

Electronics must be returned within 30 days of purchase. (We’re happy to assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty after that).

Items that are personalized with added monogramming are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Items that are ordered in bulk as group gifts are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases

Just bring in your unworn merchandise with tag attached and original purchase receipt within 45 days from the purchase date. We will refund to the original payment method. Cash refunds over $400.00 will be issued in the form of a company check within 30 days. Some merchandise is subject to Final Sale. No receipt? No problem, we’ll give you merchandise credit based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days.

We’re sorry but we only accept electronics returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. But we’re happy to assist you with manufacturer’s warranty after that.

C. Wonder Outlet Store Purchases

C Wonder Outlet locations are happy to process your return or exchange at any of our Outlet locations. Just bring in your unworn merchandise with tag attached and original purchase receipt within 15 days of original purchase. Cash refunds over $400.00 will be issued in the form of a company check within 30 days. Some merchandise is subject to Final Sale. We will honor an exchange for merchandise without a receipt.

Items purchased at cwonder.com may be returned to any C. Wonder store location or to our fulfillment center as listed below.    

Instructions

  • Complete the return reason form on the bottom half of the packing slip.
  • Pack item/s securely in the original package if possible.
  • Include the bottom portion of the original packing slip as well as the return reason form. Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

Timeframe

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed and you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days from then. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect in your account. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Damaged Items

If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact a Care Concierge for assistance immediately either by phone or email. Please snap a photo and email it to customercare@cwonder.com. We’ll take it from there.
