General Return Policy

 

Change of heart? Don’t fret! C. Wonder is happy to refund merchandise that is unused and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days from the purchase date.

 


C. Wonder Full Price Store Returns

 

C. Wonder is happy to process your full price store return at any full price C. Wonder store. Return any unworn/unused merchandise (purchased between November 28th and December 24th) with original tag attached along with original purchase receipt (final sale items excluded, see below) until January 15th, 2015 for a refund to original purchase method. You must present the original receipt, or gift receipt, in order to complete a return. Cash refunds over $400 will be issued by company check within 30 days. One-time price adjustments will be honored within 10 days of original purchase of full price items only.

 

Don’t have a C. Wonder in your locale, don’t fret! C. Wonder is happy to offer their customers the opportunity to return any unworn/unused merchandise (purchased between November 28th and December 24th) with original tag attached along with original purchase receipt (final sale items excluded, see below) until January 15th, 2015 to our returns processing center to receive a Gift Card for items being returned.

 

All packages shipped back to the return processing center must have a transaction number clearly labeled on the outside of the return packaging or the package will be refused. Returns will be processed at the sole discretion of C. Wonder. Returns for properly shipped packages shall take approximately (10) Business Days to process.

*Customer assumes all liability for lost or damaged packages being shipped back for a return.

 

**Customer is responsible for any and all fees incurred when shipping the product back for a return. The following merchandise will be subject to final sale: all custom-embroidered items, food or perishable items, all fragile (glass) items and any product sold at a discounted price of 50% or higher.


 


C. Wonder Web Store Returns

 

Items purchased at cwonder.com may be returned to any full price C. Wonder store location or to our fulfillment center as listed below.


 

Instructions

 

· Complete the return reason form on the bottom half of the packing slip.

 

· Pack item/s securely in the original package if possible.

 

· Include the bottom portion of the original packing slip as well as the return reason form.

 

· Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

Timeframe

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed and you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days from then. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect in your account. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


 

Received a C. Wonder Gift?

We want you to love your new C. Wonder items! In the event that your gift items are just not you, please call or visit any C. Wonder store location for assistance with your return or exchange. Find your nearest C. Wonder store here, http://www.cwonder.com/store-finder.

 

Please note, items purchased as gifts on cwonder.com then returned to the warehouse will be refunded to the original form of payment. We are unable to issue merchandise credit for these items.

Web store Paypal Returns to Store

*In store returns of Online Purchases are similar to C. Wonder store returns except PayPal. Online PayPal transactions that are returned in our full price stores will receive a merchandise credit.


 

Return Restrictions

Flash sale items, items denoted as final sale on cwonder.com, items with a price ending in 7 cents, and items that are personalized with added embroidery are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items that are ordered in bulk as group gifts are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, food or perishable items, all fragile (glass) items and any product sold at a discounted price of 50% or higher will be final sale.


 

Defective/Damaged Items

If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact a Care Concierge for assistance immediately either by phone or email. Please snap a photo and email it to customercare@cwonder.com. We’ll take it from there. For returns on defective orders over 60 days, you will receive merchandise credit.
